Nichole Melillo - President
Originally from the Garden State of New Jersey, Nichole has been working in the commercial finance industry for more than 18 years. She has worked her way up the ladder experiencing all facets of the industry, which in turn has allowed her to achieve a high level of expertise in the commercial finance arena. Her previous position as Executive Vice President and COO empowered her with the responsibility for compiling, reviewing and writing policies and procedures. At Spectra Financial Services, LLC, Nichole currently utilizes her experience to help analyze, review and mitigate risk for new clients. She also sits on Spectra’s Credit Committee. She manages all aspects of the company including credit and underwriting, financial review and budgeting, sales and marketing, funding operations which includes risk analysis, verification and portfolio management. Nichole reports directly to the Board of Directors and is responsible for planning, developing and implementing strategies to achieve company goals. Her experiences and knowledge of the industry provides great insight to help further the success of Spectra and Spectra’s clients while keeping focused on the goals at hand.
Wendy Doschadis - Operations Manager
Wendy brings more than 10 years of experience in the financial industry to Spectra. She is diversified, dedicated and loyal. Wendy has a keen eye for monitoring client and industry trends and changes. Her account management and operational insight has proven to be a true benefit to Spectra Financial and its clients. She successfully builds relationships with both the clients and debtors to help monitor risk for all parties. She has mastered the task of being the number one contact for clients and is responsible for monitoring changes in both client and debtor communication and activity. Using keen rationale to assist clients and also to maintain SFS policy, Wendy is both flexible yet sensitive to client needs in her operational decision making. She works diligently with other Spectra departments on behalf of the client and is a true ally to the client.

Lakee is known to be a top producer in the financing industry and has expertise in facilitating and managing strategic partnerships with her clientele.
